These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of peptideinfo.org (the "Site", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Educational purpose only
The Site provides general information about peptides for educational and research purposes. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and nothing on the Site creates a physician-patient or other professional relationship between you and the Site, its operator or any contributor. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No content on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Dosing information, protocols and calculators on the Site describe ranges reported in published literature and source documents. They are not recommendations for any individual. Peptide therapies should only be used under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider who can assess individual health needs and determine appropriate dosing and administration. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any treatment.
2. Regulatory status
Many compounds discussed on the Site are not approved by the FDA for any use, may be restricted from compounding, and may be prohibited for competitive athletes under anti-doping rules. Regulatory status changes and varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and rules that apply to you.
3. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the content accurate and current, and citations are checked against the PubMed record, but we do not guarantee that any content is free of errors or reflects the most recent research.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site's operator and its members, managers, employees, contractors and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including any decision made or action taken in reliance on the content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, structure, tables, graphics, the Peptide Calculator and the underlying code, is owned by the Site's operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from the content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or assignment of our intellectual property.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, or that misrepresents the Site's content as medical advice or as an endorsement of any product or provider.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party resources such as PubMed and DOI records and uses third-party services to deliver email. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services or privacy practices.
8. Email and the calculator
Access to the Peptide Calculator is provided in exchange for an email address. By submitting your email you agree to receive occasional research updates from peptideinfo.org, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
